I was born and raised in Jamaica and migrated to Florida in 2011. I used to help my father on his farm with the animals, which is where my passion and love for animals started.  I found myself volunteering at the Jamaica Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. (JSPCA).  I started assisting in the veterinary field in 2014 and joined Hometown Animal Hospital in September of 2021.  Since joining the team, I primarily assist Dr. Elizabeth with All Pets Dental referral patients. I currently have a quaker parrot named Chika and a rescued domestic medium hair cat named Venus. When I am not working I enjoy ballroom dancing, embroidery, reading, and online gaming.
