How long have you been working at Hometown?

I have been working here for 3 weeks.

What do you like most about working at Hometown?

Hometown Animal hospital gave me the opportunity to continue my dreams towards vet school, as the new face in this hospital. I could feel the camaraderie and the family like environment that the is hospital has to offer. From the front staff, to the technician’s, upper management, and the doctors, Hometown Animal Hospital embodies what it is to work as a team, with a family, providing the best animal care to all its clients.

What made you decide to work in the veterinary field?

I decided to work in the veterinary field while in college after being able to travel the world on numerous research projects on different environments effects on marine mammals. I was working with mostly dolphins, whales, sea lions, seal, and sea turtles. My research to me to Australia, the Galapagos Islands, British Colombia, and Hawaii. Although I am working with small animals now, my goal is to work with marine mammals in marine mammal medicine.

Do you have any pets of your own?

Sadly no, but soon.
